About theÌýroleÌý
We are seeking a Relationship ManagerÌýfor Bequest and Land Donations to join our passionate andÌýpurpose‑drivenÌýteam.ÌýThe role offers an opportunity to use your talents to help prevent species extinction and protect private land in Victoria forever.ÌýÌý
In this role youÌýwill work closely with ourÌýSenior Relationship ManagerÌýto grow andÌýnurtureÌýTrust for Nature’s relationships with covenantors, donors and partners who would like to give cash and or non-cash (land) in support of our work.ÌýÌý
Regular travel throughout regional Victoria is a core requirement of the roleÌýto haveÌýface-to-faceÌývisits toÌýsupport complex legacy and land conversations.Ìý

What’sÌýon offerÌý
This is aÌýtwo‑yearÌýfixed‑termÌýposition, offered on aÌýpart‑timeÌýbasis at 0.60ÌýorÌý0.80 FTE, with flexible working arrangements supported.Ìý
The roleÌýoperatesÌýin a hybrid model, combining work from home withÌýface‑to‑faceÌýdays andÌýstakeholder visits throughout Victoria.Ìý
The annual base salary range isÌý$79,517 to $90,220Ìýplus 12% superannuation. This is theÌýpro‑rataÌýsalary based on 0.80 FTE.ÌýÌý
About youÌý
We are looking for someone who is passionate about conservation and brings strong interpersonal skills, professional judgement and perspective gained through substantial relevant and relatableÌýexperience.ÌýÌý
In this role, you willÌýsupport stakeholdersÌýthrough discussions that include long-term planning, legacy considerations and sensitive financial or personal matters. Your ability to relate authenticallyÌýand build trust over time will be critical to your success.Ìý
The successful candidate will bring:Ìý
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in aÌýsimilarÌýfundraisingÌýroleÌý
- Demonstrable success implementing the principles of best practice legacy fundraising and relationship management.ÌýÌý
- Ability to build rapport and credibility andÌýmaintainÌýpositive, trusted relationships to support long-term engagement.Ìý
- Ability to advise, influence and engage stakeholders sensitively and with patience.Ìý
- The ability to use a database or Customer Relationship Management system. (Knowledge of Salesforce would be ideal.)ÌýÌý
- This position requires a Driver’s licenseÌýandÌýwillingnessÌýtoÌýtravel.ÌýÌý
