VDI Australia is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage theÌýend-to-endÌýdelivery of new vehicles across NSW and ACT, working closely with Sales, Aftersales, Finance, suppliers, and customers to ensure every vehicle is delivered on time, compliant, and ready for handover. VDI continues to grow its presence across the Australian market, supporting operators with a comprehensive range of products and aftersales support.Ìý

Due to continuedÌýexpansionÌýand increased delivery volumes, we are seeking a Sales Coordinator – NSWÌý/ÌýACT to join our national sales team.Ìý

Key ResponsibilitiesÌý

• Coordinate the delivery of new vehicles from order through to handoverÌýÌý
• Maintain delivery schedules and support on-time delivery outcomesÌýÌý
• Complete registration documentation andÌýassistÌýwith vehicle registrationÌýÌý
• Liaise with workshops to ensure vehicles are prepared and compliant for deliveryÌýÌý
• Inspect vehicles and complete acceptance reports prior to deliveryÌýÌý
• Prepare delivery packs,ÌýdocumentationÌýand customer handover requirementsÌýÌý
• MaintainÌýaccurateÌýdelivery dates and data withinÌýPentanaÌýÌý
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to manage delivery progress and resolve issuesÌýÌý
• Communicate delivery updates,ÌýrisksÌýandÌýtimeframesÌýto relevant stakeholdersÌýÌý
• Support general sales operations and administrative requirements as neededÌýÌý

About YouÌý

To be successful in this role, you will bring:Ìý

• Experience in a sales coordination, delivery or administrative role within automotive, heavy vehicle, or a related industryÌýÌý
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detailÌýÌý
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentÌýÌý
• Clear and confident communication skillsÌýÌý
• A proactive approach to problem solvingÌýÌý
• Experience with dealer management systems (PentanaÌýpreferred)ÌýÌý
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skillsÌýÌý
• A current driver’s licenceÌýÌý
