Venue Manager Opportunities – Coffs Coast

At Welcome Hospitality, we’re continuing to grow across the Coffs Coast and are looking for hospitality leaders to join our team in Venue Manager roles.

These positions are operational leadership roles at Duty Manager level — ideal for experienced hospitality supervisors, duty managers or emerging leaders looking to take the next step in their career within a strong and growing pub group.

With exciting expansion plans underway, opportunities may exist across one or multiple venues, including Sawtell Hotel, Toormina Hotel and Moonee Beach Hotel.

About the Role

As a Venue Manager, you’ll be a key operational leader within the venue, supporting the General Manager and broader leadership team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading teams, and driving day-to-day venue operations.

This is a hands-on hospitality leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and creating a positive team culture.

The role involves leading shifts and daily venue operations, supervising and developing team members, delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting rostering, stock control and operational standards, maintaining compliance across RSA, RCG and venue procedures, and assisting in driving venue performance and culture.

About You

You may currently be working as a Duty Manager, Assistant General Manager, Hospitality Supervisor, Shift Manager, or be an experienced senior team member ready to step into leadership.

We’re looking for people who are passionate about hospitality and guest experience, communicate positively and professionally, lead by example, and are motivated to grow within a hospitality group. You’ll be reliable, hands-on, team-focused and able to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends.

Relevant NSW RSA and RCG qualifications are required.
