We have an opportunity for a new team member to work from our Flinders Street space in Adelaide with an immediate start. 🌟

This isn’t your typical office job! This role could beÌýidealÌýfor someone coming from leadership within hospitality or retail, or anyone ready for another role that blends people, sales and space presentation.

You’ll bring transferable skills, and we’ll help you build on them in a new setting – giving you the opportunity to grow and develop in the WOTSO environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesÌý

Sales & Workspace ManagementÌý

• Lead a coworking space and drive the occupancy and community alongside our Regional Manager
• Respond to sales enquiries, conductÌýtoursÌýand convert leads into membershipsÌý
• Proactively problem-solve day-to-day workspace issuesÌý
• Ensure the space isÌýpresented to a high standard at all timesÌý
• Daily set-up andÌýpresentationÌýof the spaceÌý
• Support local marketing initiatives, including Instagram posting & reaching out to local business groupsÌý

Member Engagement & CommunityÌý

• Welcome members and visitors and create a friendly first impressionÌý
• Be the “go-to” person for membersÌý
• Build relationships with members and deliver a consistent onboarding experience for new membersÌý
• Plan and host WOTSO community events, such as weekly drinks and monthly member breakfastsÌý
• Create and share member communicationsÌý
• Complete general office and administrative tasksÌý
