Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 + Super
Yellow Bridge is a values-driven NDIS provider supporting 500+ participants across ACT, NSW, Victoria and Tasmania. We specialise in psychosocial disability, complex support needs and system navigation, working collaboratively across Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination and Social Work under one integrated model.
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist who understands complexity, writes strong reports, and knows how to translate functional impact into clear, NDIS-aligned recommendations.

About the Role:
• Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
• Complete high-quality NDIS progress & plan review reports
• Deliver Capacity Building supports focused on improving daily living skills, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and community participation
• Recommend Assistive Technology where appropriate
• Provide strengths-based, functional interventions tailored to psychosocial presentations
• Collaborate closely with SCs, Social Workers & Recovery Coaches
• Hybrid flexibility (community + report writing from home).

What We’re Looking For:
• Full AHPRA registration as an OT
• Strong report writing skills (essential)
• Solid understanding of NDIS guidelines & reasonable and necessary criteria
• Experience in psychosocial disability is highly regarded
• Driver’s licence & NDIS screening checks
