About the Promotion

1. This Promotion is offered by 91±¬ÁÏ Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (91±¬ÁÏ).

2. As set out in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion provides the opportunity for an Eligible Participant to receive a Reward (Promotion).

3. The Promotion will begin on 18 March 2025 and conclude at 11:59pm on 7 April 2025 (Promotion Period).

Who can enter the Promotion?

4. The Promotion is open to all 91±¬ÁÏ admin or owner level users who satisfy the qualification criteria. (Eligible Participant).

How to enter the Promotion?

5. To qualify for the Promotion, you must:

Reward

6. There will be 2 winners drawn after the promotion closure who will each receive a digital gift card to the value of $50AUD (Reward).

NOTE: If the reward is a third-party gift voucher, please make sure the rules set out in apply.

7. The winner will be drawn the day after the promotion closure, on 8 April 2025. The winner will be notified on 8 April 2025 via email, using the details collected by form in the entrance survey. 

8. The reward will be emailed to the winner after the winner has been contacted.

9. Standard 91±¬ÁÏ Platform Terms and Conditions may apply.

10. Separate terms and conditions will apply to the Eligible Participant’s use of the Reward. These terms will be set out by the Reward provider.

11. Any personal data Promotion is managed in accordance with the 91±¬ÁÏ Privacy Policy.

Liability

12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, 91±¬ÁÏ (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Promotion, including any:

1. technical difficulties or Reward malfunction (whether or not under 91±¬ÁÏ’s control);
2. theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
3. entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after 91±¬ÁÏ receives it) due to any reason beyond 91±¬ÁÏ’s reasonable control;
4. variation in Reward value to that stated in these terms; or
5. tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.

General Terms

13. The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.

14. The Reward is granted ‘as is’ and 91±¬ÁÏ does not provide a warranty of the Reward’s merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

15. 91±¬ÁÏ reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.

16. Laws may apply to Eligible Participants or to 91±¬ÁÏ as a result of either party’s specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

17. If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.

18. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
