About the Promotion

1. This Promotion is offered by 91±¬ÁÏ Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) (91±¬ÁÏ).

2. Selected 91±¬ÁÏ customers will receive an offer to post a complimentary SEEK Premium job ad on SEEK when posting via the 91±¬ÁÏ Applicant Tracking System (Promotion).

3. Eligible customers must claim their complimentary job ad and meet the qualification requirements under clause 5 before the offer expiry date identified in the relevant communications (Offer Acceptance Period), and the complimentary job ad must be used within 90 days from the date it is granted for use (Promotion Period).

Who can enter the Promotion?

4. Only selected 91±¬ÁÏ customers are eligible for this Promotion.

How to qualify for the Promotion?

5. To qualify for the Promotion, you must:

• be invited by 91±¬ÁÏ via email or an in-platform message on the 91±¬ÁÏ Platform to claim the Promotion offer;
• claim the offer made under this Promotion by following the steps provided in the offer message and meet the requirements under this clause within the Offer Acceptance Period;
• accept any relevant terms and conditions within the 91±¬ÁÏ Platform within the Offer Acceptance Period; and
• create or already have a SEEK account and complete the integration of the SEEK account with the 91±¬ÁÏ Applicant Tracking System within the Offer Acceptance Period.

When will you receive the complimentary SEEK job ad? 

6. Once you have claimed the offer and satisfied the relevant eligibility criteria under clause 5, 91±¬ÁÏ will grant you the complimentary job ad for use via the 91±¬ÁÏ Applicant Tracking System and notify you via email.

How to redeem the complimentary SEEK job ad?

7. To redeem the complimentary SEEK job ad you must post a Premium SEEK job ad via the 91±¬ÁÏ Applicant Tracking System within the Promotion Period.

Restrictions

8. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.

9. Each customer including its affiliates that qualifies for the Promotion is only eligible for 1 complimentary Premium SEEK  job ad per account.

11. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the 91±¬ÁÏ Privacy Policy.

General Terms

12. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products and cannot be redeemed for cash.

13. 91±¬ÁÏ may share relevant data belonging to you with SEEK for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion.

14. 91±¬ÁÏ reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.

15. Laws may apply to you or to 91±¬ÁÏ as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

16. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.

17. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
