About the Promotion

1. This Promotion is offered by 91±¬ÁÏ Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (91±¬ÁÏ).

2. Get 5,000 Hero Points by signing up for the ENGIE Offer via the Swag app or ENGIE x 91±¬ÁÏ Offer landing page within the Promotion Period (Promotion).

3. This Promotion will take place from 12:00, 5 June 2024 to 23:59, 30 June 2024 (Promotion Period).

Who can enter?

4. All users with an active 91±¬ÁÏ account and have access to the ENGIE x 91±¬ÁÏ Offer and Hero Points may enter this Promotion and will qualify for the Promotion upon satisfying the conditions listed out in clause 5.

How to qualify for the Promotion?

5. To qualify for the Promotion, you must:

1. sign up for the promotion via the Swag app or ENGIE x 91±¬ÁÏ Offer landing page
2. successfully sign up as a customer of ENGIE by redeeming the ENGIE offer for the first time through the Swag app or ENGIE x 91±¬ÁÏ Offer landing page;
3. meet the eligibility criteria set by ENGIE and receive approval from ENGIE to be a customer that receives an energy plan from them; and
4. be a billable customer of ENGIE for at least 30 days.

When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?

6. Any user that satisfies the conditions under clause 5 will receive 5,000 Hero Points, which will be available in the Points section of the Money tab of the Swag app and the Hero Points section of the Benefits & Perks tab of the 91±¬ÁÏ Web Dashboard.

Restrictions

7. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by 91±¬ÁÏ. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.

8. You can only receive the benefits of this Promotion (i.e. 5000 Hero Points) once.

9. Standard 91±¬ÁÏ Platform Terms and Conditions apply.

10. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the 91±¬ÁÏ Privacy Policy.

General Terms

11. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.

12. 91±¬ÁÏ reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.

13. Laws may apply to you or to 91±¬ÁÏ as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

14. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.

15. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
