Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven Senior Property Manager to lead the operational management, performance, compliance, and day-to-day delivery of our high-end 800+ unit Build-to-Rent (BTR) asset in Croydon, Greater London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the property, including leadership of on-site teams, oversight of contractors and service partners, budget management, operational planning, health and safety compliance, and delivery of investor and company objectives. Acting as the senior operational lead for the asset, you will ensure the property operates efficiently, remains compliant with all statutory obligations, and continues to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

In addition, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Management Team through operational reporting, strategic planning, project delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Operations, Leasing, Revenue Management, Facilities, and Finance teams, you will be accountable for driving operational performance, maximising asset value, and ensuring the successful delivery of business objectives.
