We’reÌýlooking for aÌýHire Desk ControllerÌýto join our team, whereÌýyou’llÌýplay a key role in supporting customers with their hire equipment requirements and ensuring a smooth, professional service from enquiry through to completion.Ìý

WhatÌýyou’llÌýbe doingÌý

• Handling customer enquiries for Powered Access, Forklifts, Telehandlers and PlantÌý
• Liaising with customersÌýregardingÌýhire,ÌýsalesÌýand service enquiriesÌý
• Proactively promoting the company and its products and servicesÌý
• Negotiating hire rates and preparing quotations, including relevant specification dataÌý
• Managing general administrative duties and resolving customer queriesÌý
• Supporting the wider team withÌýadditionalÌýtasks asÌýrequiredÌý

WhatÌýwe’reÌýlooking forÌý

• ProvenÌýcustomer service experienceÌýwithin aÌýhigh‑volumeÌýhire desk environmentÌý
• Strong communicationÌýskills and a professional,Ìýcustomer‑focusedÌýapproachÌý
• Ability to work under your own initiative with excellent organisation andÌýtime‑managementÌýskillsÌý
• Knowledge of plant, machinery, small tools,ÌýliftingÌýand safety equipment is desirable — but not essential, as full training will be providedÌý
