Responsibilities:Ìý
- As Shift Leader/ Senior Nail Technician you will be conducting treatments whilst taking on supervisory responsibilities.  Ìý
- Keep a close eye on day-to-day activities,ÌýassistÌýthe Salon ManagerÌýin a smooth running of the salon.ÌýÌý
- Set the tone for teamwork and positivity, fostering a collaborative atmosphere among our salon staff.  Ìý
- Ensure every customer receives outstanding service that aligns with Townhouse’sÌýhigh standardsÌýand addressÌýany concerns or issuesÌýprofessionally.Ìý  Ìý
- Opening and closing duties,ÌýmaintainÌýcleanliness and organisation, andÌýassistÌýwith inventory management and stock control.  Ìý
- OnboardÌýnew team members, providing guidance and ongoing support to help them succeed.  Ìý
- MonitorÌýteam performance and address anyÌýconcernsÌýpromptly. Work with Salon Manager to implement plans for performance improvement when needed.  Ìý
- AssistÌýin creating andÌýmaintainingÌýstaff schedules, ensuring we have the right team in place during busy times.  Ìý
- Drive salon team to actively recommend and sell Townhouse nail care products tailored to each client’s needs, contributing to salon retail targets.Ìý
- Work within a cluster of salons, you mayÌýbe requiredÌýto work in other salons.Ìý

Requirements and qualifications: Ìý
- NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy, NailÌýTechnologyÌýor an equivalent qualification.Ìý
- DemonstrateÌýpreviousÌýexperience as a Shift Leader/ Salon Supervisor or Senior Nail Technician.  Ìý
- Must have full time availability, including weekends.  Ìý
- Have knowledge of nail products, techniques, and current trends.  Ìý
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.  Ìý
